S99: HNX notice: S99 under alert

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated on 13/10/2016 and other documents, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:

  • Issuer: SCI Joint Stock Company
  • Stock code: S99
  • Reason: Profit after tax 2017 of holding company in the audited FS 2017 was negative; which was in alert situation according to Point 1.4, Clause 1, Article 13 of Listing regulations
  • Effective date: 20/4/2018
Alert situation ends when the company overcomes current situation.
