- Business Registration Department – Investment and Planning Department received the Document No.117/CV-HDQT issued on 03/04/2018 by Board of Directors of Ninh Thuan Water Supply Joint Stock Company on requiring the extension on the holding time of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2018.
- Based on the regulation at Clause 2 Article 136 Enterprise Law 2014, Business Registration Department – Investment and Planning Department gives opinion as follows:
