On 19/04/2018, Central Plant Protection Joint Stock Company No.1 announced the Annual General Mandate of 2018 as follows:
  1. Approve the report on results of business and production operation of 2017 and business plan of 2018
  2. Approve the financial statement of 2017
  • Results of business and production operations of 2017
  • Plan on profit distribution, funds and dividend payment of 2017
  • Remaining profit for funds and dividend payment: VND 11,060,890,567
  • Funds:
+ Investment and Development fund: VND 1,106,089,057
+ Welfare and bonus fund: VND 553,044,528
  • Dividend payment: 16%
  • Plan on remuneration of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors of 2017: VND 132,729,800
  1. Approve the business plan of 2018 with the major targets as follows:
  • Total revenue: VND 468,888,000,000
  • Total expense: VND 456,329,814,637
  • Profit after tax: VND 10,046,548,290
  • Rate of dividend payment: 16%
  1. Approve the total amount  of remuneration of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors of 2018: 1.2% of remaining profit
  2. Approve the report of Board of Directors of 2017
  3. Approve the report of Board of Supervisors of 2017
  4. Approve the report on long- term developing plan and short-term developing plan
  5. Approve the amended and supplemented charter
  6. Approve the internal administration regulations of the Company
  7. Select AASC Auditing Co. Ltd to audit the financial statement of 2018
  8. Approve Chair of Board of Directors cum General Manager of the Company
  • This General Mandate is approved by Annual General Meeting of shareholders of 2018
  • General Meeting of Shareholders assigns Board of Directors of the Company to implement the contents of this General Mandate.
