Full amenities make The Signature highly desirable

Phu My Hung Development Corporation has announced that the 2nd launch of the third phase of sales for its new Phu My Hung Midtown project will be at the end of March.

The third phase called The Signature was firstly launched in the beginning of this year.

Like the previous phases of Phu My Hung Midtown, this one has attracted a lot of buying interest. All the condos on offer on the first sales day were sold out in just two hours.

Located at the heart of the Phu My Hung Midtown complex, The Signature will be built on an area of over 13,500 square metres.

It will have two buildings, M7A and M7B, with 18 and 27 floors and a total of 516 condos.

Along with these two buildings, the project will have two other special constructions designed in the shape of an egg and a leaf to house commercial and service facilities.

The Signature, like all else in Phu My Hung Midtown, will be a self-contained development with housing, shopping and entertainment facilities all under one roof.

It will offer its residents a myriad of service facilities.

Thus, people living there will have access to services at multiple levels -- at The Signature itself, at Phu My Hung Midtown and at the Phu My Hung City Centre.

At The Signature, the developer will build a play room for children, yoga room, and a BBQ area facing the swimming pool.

The infinity swimming pool, Phu My Hung Development Corporation said, would be on the fourth floor so that residents can enjoy views of the river and Sakura Park.

The pool will have many sections, one for adults, another for kids, a hydrotherapy pool and a sunbathing place.

Also on the fourth floor will be a gym, massage and sauna areas and multi-purpose room.

Vertical Company, the amenities designer, said this community area would be specially designed as a place where residents can meet people and make friends.

To ensure easy movement so that residents can easily enjoy the amenities in both buildings, the developer will build a sky bridge. It will be on 4th floor.

The bridge will also be a cultural symbol of the project and an ideal place to admire the beauty of Phu My Hung Midtown.

Relaxation is not the only thing that The Signature will offer its residents. They will not have to leave the place to eat or drink, shop or find other services because they will all be available.

The first to fourth floors of the two main buildings will be earmarked for shops and restaurants. There will be more in the egg- and leaf-shaped buildings.

The egg will have four floors, with shops on the first and second floors. The other building will have three floors and all will have food and beverage establishments.

In addition, residents can enjoy similar services in Phu My Hung Midtown and Phu My Hung City Centre, the latter of which also has the Saigon South School, other international schools, malls, supermarkets, banks, and hospitals.

Thanks to the availability of all amenities, The Signature has attracted many prospective buyers.

Phu My Hung Development Corporation said that many customers were unable to buy The Signature in the first sales launch of phase 3. Now 500 are waiting for the second launch, many of them foreigners.

In the second launch of phase 3 at the end of this month the developer will sell units in M7A building, which overlooks the Ca Cam River and Sakura Park’s main plaza.
