PNC: PNC to be put under supervision

According to Decision No. 52/QD-SGDHCM dated February 13, 2018 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock PNC of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation will be put under supervision status as from February 27, 2018.

Reason: The undistributed after-tax profit of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation on December 31, 2016 was –VND39.35 billion, its after-tax profit in 2017 was –VND66.51 billion and its undistributed after-tax profit on December 31, 2017 was –VND105.86 billion.

The stock PNC is still under the special supervision status (traded only in the afternoon session) according to Decision No.285 dated July 13, 2016.
