  • Reasons for the dissolution: unproductive operation.
2. Dissolution of representative office
  • Name of the representative office: Representative office in Ho Chi Minh city
  • Address: No. 10 Dong Ho, ward No. 8, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh city
  • Reasons for the dissolution: restructure of the Company.
