-        Reason of change: to issue shares through private placement for stock swap

-        Total listing volume after change: 38,629,988 shares

-        Total listing value after change (based on par value): VND 386,299,880,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 06, 2017

-        Official trading date: December 14, 2017
