On November 08, 2017, HOSE issued Announcement No.1215/TB-SGDHCM regarding the change of listing of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (stock code: TAC) as follows:

-        Additional listing volume: 1,613,316shares

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

-        Total listing volume after change: 33,879,648shares

-        Total listing value after change (based on par value): VND338,796,480,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: November 02, 2017

-        Official trading date: September 12, 2018
