LGL: LGL to contribute capital to set up Rivera Homes

According to the Board resolution dated November 14, 2017, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved the policy on the capital contribution to establish Rivera Real Estate Joint Stock Company (*) as follows:

-          Name of new company: Rivera Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: Rivera Homes

-          Expected charter capital: VND20 billion. Of which, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company invests 49%.

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Time of establishment: 2017.
