Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation announced the result of stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders and stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend:  14,283,065 shares

+ Stock issuance under ESOP:          3,000,000 shares

-         Purpose: stock issuance to pay first dividend and stock issuance under ESOP.
