DHM: Resolution on credit limit at MBBank

On August 24, 2017, the Board of Directors of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved the credit limit at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank  - Thai Nguyen Branch, specifically as follows:

1)    Approving the issuance and use of a Visa card of a limit of VND1,000,000,000 at the Military Bank.

2)    Approving a plan for the loan at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank  - Thai Nguyen Branch, specifically as follows:

-          Loan limit: 90,000,000,000 dongs.

+ Guarantee limit: 30,000,000,000 dongs.

+ LC limit: 15,000,000,000 dongs

-          Purpose: to supplement the working capital, open LC and issue guarantee for business and production.

-          Maintenance time: until August 31, 2018.

-          Borrowing time: up to 4 months/escrow

-          Payment source: from the company’s revenue and profit.

3)    Approving the real assets, receivables and other assets to secure the credit line. Specifically:

-          Real assets:

+ There are 612.5 m2 of land use for commercial services at lot 02A14-6 Bac Tuong Dai residential area, Hoa Cuong Bac ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.

+ There are 605.9 m2 of land use for business production at lot 1A14-6 Bac Tuong Dai residential area, Hoa Cuong Bac ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.

+ Property of Mr. Duong Huu Hieu’s house at 92 Nguyen Huu Canh street, ward 22, Binh Thanh district, Hochiminh city.
