City Garden unveils six penthouses in final release

Maintaining its status as the city’s most popular and successful real estate project, City Garden has launched their final six penthouses.

The penthouses at City Garden are named for six of the world’s most beautiful destinations—Amalfi, Capri, Monaco, Portofino, Santorini, and Siena. Known for stunning views, the magical atmosphere, and the privilege associated with living in these destinations, the six penthouses also have a special character and uniqueness about them.

Raising the bar of luxury living in Ho Chi Minh City, the penthouses at City Garden are designed and fully fitted-out by internationally acclaimed architects and interior designers.

Grand entryways unfold to reveal breathtaking panoramic views of the city through floor-to-ceiling glazing as well as lush open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas with meticulously chosen details and finishes—custom-hewn marbles, beautiful timbers, and luxury brand name appliances.

More specifically, the living, kitchen, and dining areas are ideally laid out for entertaining and family life as well. The cityscape becomes a part of all living areas, as abundant natural light and warm tropical breezes ventilate each Penthouse. Surfaces are uninterrupted throughout the apartment, from flush plug sockets to hidden appliances. Miele, Blum, and Kohler brands populate the space, ensuring only the highest quality of fittings and fixtures.

The private areas of the penthouses at City Garden are spa-style sanctuaries with breathtaking views, walk-in wardrobes, and seamlessly integrated details. Bianco Carrera flooring and Travertine stone along with marble vanities and ornate fittings help elevate the spaces. It is clear that every detail received meticulous attention.

Averaging at a sprawling 320 square metres, each penthouse enjoys a stunning rooftop terrace, which only adds to the extravagance of these enviable homes.

“With the penthouses at City Garden, we wanted to create something yet unseen in the Ho Chi Minh City property market,” said William Towne Baker, general director of City Garden. “From the moment you walk into any one of these penthouses, a sense of exclusivity envelops you and you are transported to an almost magical place of unsurpassed quality and design. We are incredibly proud of this final release and look forward to its reception in the market.”

Developed by Vietnamese developer Refico and positioned just five minutes from the central business district, City Garden is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, verdant lawns, and a well-designed residential area. Upon completion of this final phase, the private grounds will comprise of three swimming pools, including a 50-metre lap pool with swim-up bar, a gourmet restaurant, and a state-of-the-art gymnasium. Importantly, City Garden is renowned for its 24-hour security and safety.

Located atop the Promenade and Crescent Towers and going for between $1.3-1.8 million, owners will be able to move into their penthouses as of August 2018.
