CAV: Decision on tax penalties

Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation received the decision on penalties for administrative violations pertaining to taxation dated November 10, 2017 as follows:

-        Penalty for false declaration: VND23,849,103

-        Remedial measures:

+        Corporate income tax arrears for 11/2012; 12/2012; 03/2013; 05/2013; 06/2013; 07/2013; 09/2013; 01/2014; 04/2014: VND182,697,067.

Penalty for late payment: VND132,880,187.
