On November 22, 2017, the Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International approved the record date for 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: December 13, 2017

-          Purpose: to organize the 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

-          Meeting time: the meeting time will be noticed later.
