PAC: Record date for collecting shareholders’ opinion & cash dividend

On September 07, 2017, Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company announces the record date for cash dividend and to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

-          Record date: September 22, 2017

1)    To pay first cash dividend for 2017:

-          Exercise ratio: 18% /share (1,800 dongs/share); in which:

+ For 3rd 2016 cash dividend: 10% (1,000 dongs/share)

+ For 1st 2017 cash dividend: 8% (800 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: October 20, 2017.

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

             + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company.

2)    To collect shareholders’ opinion in writing:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Time of implementation: from October 02, 2017 to October 17, 2017

-          Meeting venue: 321 Tran Hung Dao street, Co Giang ward, district 1, Hochiminh city.

-          Content: Approving the selection of Furukawa Battery Company Limited is a strategic partner.
