NBB: Decision on the change of listing

On September 08, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.325/QD-SGDHCM to allow NBB Investment Corporation (securities code: NBB) to change the listing as follows:

 

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 63,987,866 shares

-        Additional volume: 31,924,233 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND319,242,330,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 95,912,099 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND959,120,990,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: September 12, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
