Sacomreal selling remaining villas in Jamona Golden Silk

Sacomreal has started selling the last 30 villas and houses in Jamona Golden Silk, a riverside project in HCM City’s District 7.

 

The project has 226 villas and houses in all, with the developer saying 85 per cent of them has been sold out.

The prices of the 30 villas and houses on sale now run from VND7 billion (US$207,000) to VND22 billion ($964,000), the company said.

At the event, the company oganised a lucky draw with prizes worth a combined VND3 billion ($131,000) for people who have bought the company’s projects since last October.

The company has launched another lucky draw for customers buying between July and October-end this year with prizes all worth up to VND2.2 billion ($100,000).

Sacomreal, incorporated in 2004, has become a prestigious housing developer with projects like Belleza Apartment, Carillon Apartment, Sacomreal Hoa Binh, Carilon 1, Carillon 2, Carillon 3, and Jamona City.
