LDG: Decision on the change of listing
On August 07, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow LDG Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: LDG) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 88,499,755 shares
- Additional volume: 17,957,757 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND 179,577,570,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 106,457,512 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND 1,064,575,120,000
- Effective date of the listing license: August 09, 2017
- Reason of change: to issue shares to raise funds from the owner's equity and issue shares to the Company’s employees.
