The brightest spots in Ho Chi Minh City

Besides the design of a modern apartment, the urban areas also invest in creating a green environment with a variety of amenities so that residents are always comfortable in their daily activities.

Celadon City—Convenient transportation is the foundation of development

Located in the heart of Tan Phu district, one of the golden spots of the “Silk Road” of the southwest of the city, Celadon City is located in an area with complete transport infrastructure, connected to key transportation routes of the city, such as Truong Chinh, Le Trong Tan, Tan Ky Tan Quy, National Route 1A, Metro, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The highlight of the 82-hectare Celadon City is the 16.4-ha central park with a big lake that helps to provide fresh air for the area. Around the lake are lush green parks where residents can take a leisurely stroll and children can frolic in nature.

The developer arranged other outdoor amenities fitting for all ages, such as the culture village, an international school, the largest resort and sports complex in Vietnam, exercise area, outdoor recreation area for the elderly, barbecue garden, and the children’s playground.

A variety of amenities have also been developed to fully meet the daily needs of residents’ living and relaxation requirements. It includes the Olympic Sports Complex, children’s swimming pool, gym, spa, specialised sports facilities, restaurants, coffee shops and cultural village.

The majority of Celadon City is green area. Residents can kick back and relax in a cosy natural landscape without needing to leave the comforts of their homes.

Phu My Hung

Phu My Hung, located in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, is considered a model urban area. This 409-hectare development was designed with all facilities of a modern urban centre, such as shopping mall, financial centre, residential area, as well as cultural, education, and entertainment facilities, not to mention its transportation infrastructure.

The highlight of this urban area is its high green ratio of 8.9 square metres per capita. Enjoy life in a scenic riverside location full of enchanting canals, in a modern urban area fully in tune with nature. Phu My Hung’s parks, a golf club, and entertainment centre are sure to pull residents outside from their homes.

Phu My Hung urban area is divided into eight sub-zones to meet the convenience of people. All sub-zones are in compliance with green architecture standards, oriented towards sustainable development.

40-60 per cent of the apartments and villas are reserved for greenery and internal roads. Residents can also walk to the nearest park to relax or take a walk to neighbouring metropolitan amenities, such as supermarkets and amusement parks.

Van Phuc Riverside City

Van Phuc urban area was developed as a model finance-trade-entertainment complex with a total investment sum of $2 billion. The project is located on Highway No.13 in Thu Duc district with the advantage of having three sides facing the river as well as convenient transportation to the city centre and the surrounding areas.

Its location makes the project not only convenient for the daily commute, but it also provides green living space. The developer has exploited this advantage to develop the project into a green oasis in the heart of the crowded urban city, creating an ideal living place.

More than 60 per cent of the total area of 198ha was designated for green spaces, internal roads, and recreational facilities. The highlights are a 21.5-ha amusement park, a 16-ha lake, the marina, the hospital, and educational facilities.

Park Riverside

Located in District 9, Park Riverside has a total area of 17.7ha. Embraced by the Rach Chiec River on two sides, the project offers 4.7ha of landscaped gardens and amenities for the comfort and enjoyment of residents.

Two large lakes sprawl in the centre of the development to help regulate the atmosphere and add to the natural scenery. The area of trees, water, and internal roads add up to 2.4 hectares.

The design of the villas here focuses on the green array to optimise the fresh air and natural light for residents. All rooms have airy views and enjoy fresh air and natural light.

Gamuda Land has also developed a host of modern internal conveniences, such as a swimming pool, gym, spa, as well as badminton, basketball, and tennis courts, supermarket, coffee shops, barbecue garden, kindergarten, and children's playground. In addition, residents can treat themselves to a sightseeing cruise on the river with the marina.
