State Securities Commission has new chairman

Chairman of HCM Stock Exchange (HOSE)’s Board of Directors Tran Van Dung on Wednesday was appointed as new chairman of the State Securities Commission of Viet Nam (SSC).

Dung was assigned to the Chairmanship of HOSE on November 1, 2016 by the Minister of Finance. He also held posts at the State Bank of Viet Nam, the SSC as well as chairman and general director of the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) in the 2012-15 term.
