TH1: TH1 under supervision

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated on 13/10/2016, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:

-          Issuer: The Vietnam National General Export - Import Joint Stock Company No.1

-          Stock code: TH1

-          Reason: Profit after tax 2015 and 2016 were negative, according to Point 1.3, Clause 1, Article 14 of Listing regulations

-           Effective date: 20/04/2017

Supervision and trading restriction period ends when the company overcomes current situation.
