Mr. Tram Be and Mr. Tram Khai Hoa to terminate all administration and management at Sacombank

Board of Directors of Sacombank had approved and reported to State Bank of Vietnam over the resignation letters of Mr. Tram Be and Mr. Tram Khai Hoa for their positions as Board Members.

On February 24th 2017, State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), upon the prevailing regulation had launched the official decision to terminate all administration and management –related activities or roles of Mr.Tram Be and Mr.Tram Khai Hoa at Saigon Thuong Tin CJS Bank (Sacombank) in line with our post-M&A restructuring plan (roadmap and solution) approved by Prime Minister.

The audited financial statements and 2016 annual general meeting is expected to take place on April 2017 with crucial contents will be released as well as seek for the resolution under Annual shareholder meeting level. Besides, Sacombank affirms to objectives by implementing synchronized solutions in term of human resources, corporate governance, extensive networks, promoting business activities in accordance to the Bank’s strategy and objectives./.
