Prudential Laos launches new product

To meet the growing affinity for life insurance protection, Prudential Life Assurance (Lao) Company Limited (Prudential Laos) has refined the PRUmy Family product and developed a new product, aptly named PRUlife Protect.

PRUlife Protect replaced PRUmy Family on January 3 and is available throughout the country at ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd.

The new product provides significantly higher protection (up to 400 percent) of all annual premiums you pay over the policy term should an insurance event occur and refund of all premiums paid plus bonus returns as high as 10 percent.

Despite the success of the product, Prudential Laos is continuously working towards improving its product offering to better suit customer needs, in line with Prudential's credo of Always Listening, Always Understanding.

A recent survey conducted among Prudential Laos' business partners and customers indicates that life insurance protection is more important for the young demographic of the Lao people.

Prudential Laos commenced business in Laos in May 2016, offering the PRUmy Family product which meets the long-term protection and savings needs of the community.

Since its launch, the PRUmy Family product has been a proven success with a favourable response from Lao consumers.
