PM: Gov’t facilitates Japanese businesses' investment in Vietnam

PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on October 18 hosted a reception for a delegation of Japanese businesses led by Yoichi Kobayashi, Chairman of the Mekong-Japan Business Cooperation Committee from the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) in Ha Noi.

The PM hailed the development in Viet Nam-Japan relations in all areas, especially after the two elevated their relations to the Extensive Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity in Asia.

The two sides need to take full advantages of opportunities brought from the achievements in the political relations, commercial polices and new free trade agreements, he asserted.

Mr. Yoichi Kobayashicho said that at his meeting with the MPI, the Committee made proposals for improving the investment environment in Viet Nam and requested the Vietnamese functional agencies to tackle difficulties for Japanese enterprises operating in Viet Nam.
