“We couldn't go on if we didn't have our teams, especially our Lao staff,” Mr Owings said.
The Vientiane Plaza complex consists of 50 hotel rooms and 2,000 square metres of office space for lease.
Mr Owings explained that Vientiane Plaza offers an authentic experience of lifestyle.
