Toyota Vietnam launches “Welcome Home” programme for service customers

Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV), in tandem with its nationwide dealer network, today launched the “Welcome Home” incentive programme for the customers doing periodic maintenance for 03 models- Vios, Innova and Fortuner- which produced and distributed by TMV from December 31, 2012 onwards.

Accordingly, the customers owning these car brands Vios, Innova and Fortuner when doing maintenance will enjoy 50 per cent price discount of machine oil.

This incentive programme will be implemented in the all TMV dealers nationwide in the period from October 1 until November 30, 2015. It is expected that approximately 30,000 customers will join the program and receive the incentive.

Periodic maintenance is one of the standard items that Toyota always advises clients on compliance in the use of vehicles, in order to help the customers' vehicles to be operating in the best and safest conditions, and ensure the rights of warranty for the vehicle.

Therefore, after receiving new cars, the customers were introduced the importance of periodic maintenance by TMV sales staff. Besides, TMV and the dealers have performed maintenance operations periodically in order to bring the feeling of driving fun and comfort, as well as safety and satisfaction to all customers.

With a distribution network of 43 dealers/branches and Toyota authorised service stations (TASS) spreading across 20 provinces and cities across the country, TMV strives to bring customers satisfaction with high quality service and professional service operation, through the philosophy of “Customer First”.

Thus, every year, average of nearly 600,000 turns come to TMV dealers for service check. Only the first eight months of this year, the dealers have received approximately 550,000 service vehicles, up 37 per cent over the same period last year.

Therefore, with attentive service, dedicated professionals, and continuous improvements of service quality, in 2014, TMV was ranked No1 in customer satisfaction index (CSI) by renowned market research organisation JD Power.
