- Par value: VND10,000/share

-  Stock type: common stock

- Number of outstanding shares: 789,899,283 shares

- Number of treasury shares: 68,664 shares

- Number of shares expected to be issued: 118,484,892 shares

-  Exercise ratio: 15% or 100:15 (The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 15 new shares).

-  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
