Sarimi sells two-thirds of units in apt building project

Real estate developer, Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Corporation, on Tuesday said that customers have bought 321 out of 414 apartments in its Sarimi project since May, when the units were put up for sale.

Sarimi is a luxury apartment building that is part of the Sala Urban Area, one of the first projects in the Thu Thiem region in HCM City's District 2. The company said the construction of Sarimi was ongoing.

Company director Tran Ba Duong said apartments on one floor had been completed for customers to view at the beginning of November. Ideas will be collected from visitors to improve the quality of the project.

Also on Tuesday, the company organised a party for Sarimi customers, in which it presented VND1.8 billion (US$85.7 million) to lucky draw winners.

Sala is a new urban area covering more than 150 hectares. It includes many parts including an apartment building area, a villa area and trade centre. The Sarimi apartments were the first sales recorded in the Sala Urban Area.
