OCH: HNX notice: OCH under alert

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:
-    Issuer: Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC
-    Stock code: OCH
-    Reason: the Company frequently violates the regulations on information disclosure on stock market, according to Point 1.6 Term 1 Article 12 of Listing regulations. Especially, the company hasn’t disclosed Audited FS 2014 yet.
If OCH does not overcome this situation by 30/05/2015, HNX will review and put OCH under supervision and trading restriction according to Point 1.5 Article 13 of Listing regulations.
-    Effective date: 20/05/2015
