Located north of Ho Chi Minh City in Binh Duong province’s Ben Cat district, the 500-hectare Ascendas-Protrade Singapore Tech Park is set to create a new benchmark for modern tech parks in the country.

This is a joint venture (JV) between two leading developers, Asia’s leading provider of business space solutions Ascendas and state-owned Protrade Corporation. Ascendas holds 70 per cent stake in the JV while the Vietnamese partner Protrade Corporation retains the remaining 30 per cent stake.

Here, beyond quality spaces companies will benefit from state-of-the-art facilities and extensive supporting lifestyle and social amenities such as dormitories, F&B outlets, banking and recreational facilities.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the tech park cleverly integrates nature into its blueprint to create manicured landscapes and open spaces for vibrant communities which feature perfect backdrops for interaction, recreation and work.

Eco-friendly features that meet international standards are blended into industrial and social spaces to conserve energy, minimise carbon footprint and reduce operating costs.

The park will provide both ready-built facilities (RBF) and land plots for customised build-to-suit (BTS) developments accommodating enterprises in electronics, precision engineering, information technology, pharmaceutical, food and beverage and general industries.

Companies can enjoy high standards of facilities management and reliable infrastructure support and services, such as power and water supply, wastewater treatment and telecommunication, for cost effective and smooth business operations.

The customers can totally focus on business expansion while enjoying quick and hassle-free start ups and smooth translocation.

Development of the park is expected to take place in six phases. Phase 1 and phase 2 comprising of 150 hectares of land have been fully developed.

The entire project expected to be completed in 2018. When fully completed, it will host about 200 enterprises and a vibrant business community of over 70,000 people.
