LGC: Decision on additional listing

On January 26, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.24/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: LGC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 22,516,955 shares

-         Additional volume: 35,700,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND357,000,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 58,216,955 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND582,169,550,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: January 28, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue private placement according to resolution EGM for 2014 No. 03/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ/2014 dated October 25, 2014 of LGC.
