On January 27, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.26/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Imexpharm Corporation (stock code: IMP) to list additional shares on the exchange as follows:
– Number of shares before additional listing: 26,311,486 shares
– Additional volume: 2,631,160 shares
– Total additional value (based on par value): VND26,311,600,000
– Number of shares after additional listing: 28,942,646 shares
– Total value after additional listing: VND289,426,460,000
– Effective date of the listing license: January 29, 2015
– Reason of additional listing: issued private placement of the company.
