IMP: Decision on additional listing

On December 05, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.483/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Imexpharm Corporation (stock code: IMP) to list additional shares on the exchange as follows:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 25,058,586 shares

-         Additional volume: 1,252,900 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND12,529,000,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 26,311,486 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND263,114,860,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: December 09, 2014

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue new shares under the selective program for employees in the company.
