Republic of Korea the main importer of Dong Nai footwear products

The Republic of Korea (RoK) was the largest market for footwear exported from the southern province of Dong Nai during the first ten months of this year, with turnover of US$478 million.

The US came next with turnover of $381 million, followed by Taiwan with $183 million, according to director of the provincial Department of Industry and Trade Le Van Danh.

Exports to the RoK would continue to increase as the Vietnam-Korea Free Trade Agreement took effect in 2015, he said.
