Grand sale of Vientiane New World Plaza to be held this week

CAMCE Investment (Lao) Co., Ltd. is preparing to organise an official sale of retail units in the Vientiane New World Plaza on November 8.

Vientiane New World Plaza features a central five-storey shopping mall and a walking street of 100 stand-alone stores. Sale prices start at only 20 million kip per square metre.

The plaza is located near the President's Palace, next to Chao Anouvong Park to the north. It provides a great view of the Mekong River.

The business complex at this shopping centre will not only match but even surpass the choice of what Lao citizens can buy in Thailand. The centre will offer international brands of products and services at competitive prices.

The complex also has facilities for investors and shoppers, such as a large parking area that can accommodate 1,500 vehicles.

The pedestrian area at Vientiane New World contains scenic areas, Lao style shops, Lao and Southeast Asian food, cafes, bars, KTV and various other business formats.

The shopping mall also contains general merchandise, cinemas and kids' activity centres. The first floor of the mall will have a modern and huge hypermarket where one can find everything from fresh fruits, vegetables and meat to household supplies, makeup, and all kinds of clothing.

On the second floor, shoppers will be given access to the best in international fashion and cosmetics, while the third floor will sell the latest electronics and house a multi-screen international cinema.

The Vientiane New World Plaza design embraces the beauty and tradition of Lao culture. The design of the area is open and natural, with free-standing stores capturing the feel of a traditional Lao marketplace. It will definitely become a shopping paradise, food paradise and entertainment paradise.
