The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.1006/TB-SGDHCM to announce the change in listing and trading of Ha International Corporation (stock code: SHI) as follows:

-  Stock symbol: SHI

-  Stock type: Common Stock

-  Par value: VND10,000

-  Number of securities before change: 7,000,000 shares

-  Reason of change: to issue new shares to the existing shareholders: 3,000,000 shares and to issue new shares to strategic investors: 4,000,000 shares according to Board Resolution AGM No.01/2014/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 22, 2014. Number of shares issue to the strategic investor will be restricted from transfer within 01 year from September 26, 2014 to September 26, 2015

-  Number of securities after change: 33,710,723 shares

-  Total listing value after change (based on par value): VND337,107,230,000

-  Effective date of the listing license: October 30, 2014
