On October 24, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1539/SGDHCM-NY to remind Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the criterion and list of strategic objects to offer convertible bonds.
