Golf villas to be introduced in Da Nang

 Savills Viet Nam and VinaLiving, VinaCapital's real estate brand, will launch The Point, a golf villa development, at Danang Beach Resort in this central city on October 23.

According to Savills, the project consists of 40 villas with construction areas ranging from 286sq.m to 289sq.m near The Dunes golf course. Twenty villas will be offered for sale in the first phase at VND4.8 billion (US$228,570) per unit.
