Based on Regulations on securities margin trading issued on 30/08/2011 by the State Securities Commission, the Hanoi Stock Exchange announces the following stock ineligible for margin trading:

-          Issuer: Vinacomin - CaoSon Coal JSC 

-          Securities type: common stock

-          Stock code: TCS

-         Reason for ineligibility for margin trading: Profit after tax the of the first six months 2014 and retained earnings dated 30/06/2014 in 2014 Reviewed Financial Statement is negative.

-          Effective date: 22/08/2014
