VN Index closes above 600

VN Index closes above 600

The VN index climbed back above 600 by adding 4.78 points to close at 601.04 on July 21, while the other Asian indexes ended mixed.

The Hang Seng Index dropped 67.65 points to end at 23,387.14 in Hong Kong, and the Shanghai Composite Index too closed down 4.59 points to finish at 2,054.48 in mainland China.

The Straits Times Index added 3.74 points to stand at 3,314.3 in Singapore.

As Japan was closed for Sea Day celebrations, the Nikkei 225 stayed at 15,215.71 and the Topix Index closed the day at 1,263.29 in Tokyo.
