Bee Home opens lifestyle residences for young people

Bee Home – Ho Chi Minh City’s newest affordable housing complex plans to hand over homes to its first valued customers in the second quarter of 2014.

Located in Tan Binh district, Bee Home was developed by C&T International Corporation, member of CT Group. The project is an affordable apartment for rent with gym, spa, baby sitting services, library, cafes & restaurants, shopping stores and much more.

Most notably, Bee Home is an innovative apartment complex offering already equipped units for young people. This project is considered an ideal solution for young and busy people living in the modern life.

Vietnam’s demand for houses for rent is high. A recent survey conducted in Ho Chi Minh City showed that less than 10 per cent of office staff and young couples could afford to buy a house. Bee Home aims to fill this demand.

Currently, there are many houses for rent in Ho Chi Minh City, but these are mostly private houses located in alleys or residential areas. As such, Bee Home’s concept of new, modern housing equipped with facilities and services may be an ideal solution.

Although Bee Home is an apartment complex for rent, it locates at a very ideal location. From Bee Home, residents can take some minutes to travel to Big C Supermarket, Hoang Van Thu Park, Pico Plaza, Hoang Hoa Tham Market, Maximart Supermarket and a little bit farther are Tan Son Nhat International Airport and Thong Nhat Hospital.

The project’s design is also very unique, which fully use spaces and combines all functions into a room. Apart from that, with the flexible structure, the apartment permits its residents to change its functions to others, or can be called as “flexible apartment”

Especially, Bee Home is offering rents starting at VND2.5 million ($120) per month for six year pre-payment or VND7 million ($333) for monthly payment. This is far below the rental fees of private houses.

Given the security and facilities offered by Bee Home, residents can be free from worry and focus on their work. With the target customers who are teachers, office staff and personnel, the investor believes that Beehome will become a civilised and friendly community for its residents.

Bee Home’s innovative affordable housing concept was listed to receive a support package of VND30 trillion ($1.4 million) from the Ministry of Construction. Bee Home comprises two five-storey blocks offering total 318 apartments and the investor is willing to hand over 200 apartments to its customers this year. The project expects to build 10,000 apartments by 2020.
