Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of 2014 Annual General Meeting, organized on April 23, 2014:

Article 1: Approving report of profit & loss in 2013 and 2013 distribution profit plan, with main figures:

-  Profit & loss in 2013:

·         Revenue: VND765,276,295,311

·         Profit before tax: VND44,333,050,249

·         Profit after tax: VND34,881,082,478

·         Net profit: VND28,160,829,514

·         Bonus fund to the Management: VND563,216,590

·         Retained profit after distributing to bonus fund: VND27,597,612,923

-  2013 distribution profit plan:

·         Dividend: 13%/par value VND16,900,000,000

·         Record date: May 15, 2014

·         Ex-right date: May 13, 2014

·         Deduction for investment and development fund (10.15%) VND3,375,797,250

·         Deduction for financial reserve fund (8.47%): VN2,816,082,951

·         Deduction for bonus fund (6.78%): VND2,252,866,361

·         Deduction for welfare fund (6.78%): VND2,252,866,361

Article 2: Approving the 2014 business plan as follows:

-  Total revenue: VND769,268,294,000

-  Total profit before tax: VND32,004,000,000

-  Profit after tax: VND25,418,000,000

-  Dividend: 10%/par value

Article 3: Authorizing to the Board of Directors to choose an auditing firm to audit financial statements for fiscal year 2014.

Article 4: Approving to adjust the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2014 as follows:

-  Member of the Board of Directors: VND4 million/month

-  Head of the Board of Supervisors: VND3 million/ month

-  Member of the Board of Supervisors: VND2 million/month

-  The BOD’s Secretary: VND1 million/month

Article 5: This resolution was approved by the 2014 Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
