Saigon Beer Transportation JSC (HOSE: SBC) has explained submitting audited financial statements of 06 months 2011 late as follows:
• On August 30, 2011 the audited financial statement of 06 months of 2011 not already done so the audit firm was not provided to the Sabetran JSC for some objective reasons
• To September 09, 2011, the audit firm had sent the audited financial statement for the company. Wherefore, the company has filed the audited financial statement of 06 months of 2011 to HOSE.
