HDC: BOD resolution
According to Document 259/CV.PTN dated August 11, 2011, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development JSC (HOSE: HDC) (Hodeco) announced the record date to consult shareholders in writing on adjusting business targets in 2011. Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company was expected to gather shareholders’ ballots on September 21, 2011. However, because there are many shareholders having addresses far from the city of Vung Tau, especially foreign shareholders who have not sent their ballots timely. Therefore, Hodeco would like to extend the deadline for ballot summarization until October 03, 2011.
