Saigon General Service Corporation (HOSE: VSG) (SAVICO) has explained the difference of business result in quarter 2/2011 compared with quarter 2/2010 as follow:

Revenue in quarter 2/2011 increased VND7.3 billion (Equipment 36%) but profit after tax loss to VND3.2 billion (Equipment 24.5%) because of the following reasons:
- Revenue:
• Revenue for charter increased by VND6.6 billion, because price for charter higher and Inter-bank exchange rate exchange average USD to VND quarter 2 / 2011 higher than the same period in 2010
• Sales offices for rent increased by VND0.56 billion
- Profit after tax:
• Inter-bank rate increased exchange rate difference losses increased nearly VND8 billions
• Interest increased and rate increased to interest bank increased VND1.1 billion.
