KVS: Changes in the Company’s Charter & Appointment of new branch director

According to Decision No.1096/QD-UBCK dated 12/23/2010 by the State Securities Commission, Kenaga Vietnam Securities Corporation (HOSE: KVS) would like to announce the change in the decision of establishing Hochiminh Branch:

- Mr. Pham Duc Thang: Director of Hochiminh Branch.

- ID card: 011807020 granted on February 6, 2006 by the Police of Hanoi.

- According to Resolution of Shareholders’ Meeting No.44/NQ-DHDCD/KVS dated 09/21/2010, Kenaga Vietnam Securities Corporation announced the changes in the Company’s Charter come into effect from 12/23/2010.

- According to Decision No.377/GPDC-UBCK dated 12/23/2010 by the State Securities Commission, Kenaga Vietnam Securities Corporation (KVS) would like to announce the adjustment to the Business License as follows:

- Mr. Pham Duc Thang, Director General, has replaced Mr. Mr. Do Quang Trung as the legal representative.
